One to one consultation

Here’s what your one to one consultation will Include:
Body Fat Analysis: Track your progress with a detailed assessment to see how much fat you’re losing (because the scale doesn’t tell the whole story).
Kick-off Strategy Session: Sit down with one of our trainers to discuss your goals and tailor a program that fits your needs.
Nutrition Consultation: We’ll discuss your dietary habits and create a plan to help you adopt a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.
One-on-One Personal Training Session: We’ll ensure you feel comfortable and ready to join our group classes.
Book your first training session

After our initial consultation, we will show you how to use our booking app, where you are in full control of the time and days you train.
Access to training

You will now have access of up to 15 small group personal training sessions with unlimited sweat sessions.
What our training looks like

When your session begins, the coach will lead you through a comprehensive warm-up.
Following that, you’ll participate in a fully guided session that includes:
Mobility: 5 minutes
Movement prep: 6-10 minutes
Strength Phase: 15 minutes
Accessory: 10-12 minutes
Cardio or Additional Strength work 8-10 minutes.
You’ll always be supported with a structured program, ensuring you’re never left to manage on your own.
